World Television Day indeed.

Jonathan, I appreciate that you are opposed to this, but the very fact that you are blogging about it creates futher awareness about a very unimportant issue. What you really should have blogged about, since you were the sole appointed prophet within the Geek Dinner movement to spread the word about this, was World Toilet Day. You know what happened to Jonah when he shirked his responsibility as a prophet, and the same may very well happen to you, except that if you shirk your responsibility to prophesy about World Toilet Day, the water you land in may not be seawater.

No-one ever died from not watching television. That is why Toilet Day is so much more important.

I will give you another chance to repent next year and to preach the truth about toilets to the world. If you don’t, may God help you by sending a big toilet to swallow you up and keep you safe in its belly for three days before spitting you out on a nice clean bathroom floor.

Major thanks to Jonathan for doing a lot of the grunt work for the dinner (again).

And Getwine be blessed – the wine (the Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon, at least) was very good.
